Madhya Pradesh (MP) e-Nagar Palika is an integrated e-services platform for all urban local bodies (Municipal Corporation, Nagar Palika, and Nagar Parishad) of Madhya Pradesh. It is an initiative of the Directorate, Urban Administration & Development, Government of Madhya Pradesh to provide easy and fast access to citizen-centric civic services within cities, towns, and megacities of MP.

Have any complaints about the civic services of Nagar Palika or Nagar Parishad in MP? If yes, file a complaint with the respective Municipal Corporation, Nagar Palika/Parishad by citizen helpline number, email, or submit your complaint online with relevant information.

You may also write a complaint letter to the In-charge/Prescribed Officer of the respective department of your urban local body. Don’t forget to attach supporting documents and facts. (if have any)

Still not resolved or dissatisfied with the response? Escalate the complaint to the Deputy Municipal Commissioner of your Nagar Palika or the Head of the Public Grievance (PG) Cell of Nagar Parishad.

Finally, if your disputes are not resolved by the PG Cell of the local body or dissatisfied with the final resolution, file a complaint to the Grievance Appellate Authority of the Department of Urban Administration & Development, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh through the CM Helpline Portal (Jan Seva).
